Us
Owners: Mike,
Janice, and Jesse Dugan are Kitchen Tune-Up® franchise
owners of Norton Massachusetts, serving the South Shore as
well as most communities south west of Boston. In 1994, Mike
attained certification through specialized training at Kitchen
Tune-Up® headquarters in Aberdeen, SD. Since then they
have satisfied thousands of customers.
Recently they have received the 2009
National Kitchen of the Year Award & the 2009 National
Customer Service Award.
Their wood restoration skills have been featured
in the Home & Garden section of "The Patriot Ledger",
Peter Hotten's 'Handyman On-Call' column in The "Boston
Sunday Globe", and if you are fortunate enough to
sit in the luxury suites of Gillette Stadium, you can
see the results of their talents in the woodwork all around
you. They are also featured in the April 2008 "Boston
Home Magazine" as well as the June 2008 issue of
"Victorian Homes Magazine" which featured
their refacing and cabinet modification skills in a Sharon
Ma. Kitchen, which was also the focus of a recent episode
of "New England Dream House" on NESN. Kitchen
Tune-up was also honored to be "The Journal of Light
Construction" editors firm of choice to do a seven
page tutorial on cabinet refacing for their national readership.
We were also selected to REMODEL America's
Worst kitchen for the Rachel Ray Show.
The Dugans are recognized as one of the top Kitchen Tune-Up®
franchises in the country and have many national accolades
to their credit. Mike served six years on the Kitchen Tune-Up®
National Advisory Council, and presided over the council for
the last 3 years. They were the 2005
Franchise of the Year Award
winners, recognizing them as the most dedicated and
exemplary franchise in the System and are past winners of
the National Customer Service Award,
as well as the 2007 National Spirit
of Success Award. They have compiled an enormous
list of extremely happy customers, and are "A" rated
on Angie's List.
Mike and Jesse are two of just a handful of franchise owners
selected to teach advanced refacing techniques through both
hands-on training and Internet based sessions to other owners
in the system.
